Dear Sir,

I hope this email finds you well. 

I would like to share with you Sir my personal opinion about the course that you teach us this summer semester which is, technical writing. In my opinion, technical writing is one of the most important courses we have ever taken so far in our whole English course. Technical writing helps us to write information and data in a formal and direct way. This type of writing skills are more widely used in workplaces rather than educational institutes, that is why this skill is very important for us for our future jobs. The course did not just stop in teaching us only how to write technically but also, we are going to start our discussion meeting despite what the world is facing right now. The discussion meeting does not only supports our speaking skills but also boosts our confidence and the ability to rise up among others when meetings are conducted in our professional life in the future. Not to forget that for the first time we had a new experience in this course and it is to create our own website.

However, we still faced some difficulties in the course. The major one was that due to this pandemic, we did not have the ability to practice more on technical writing even though, we were given a vast number of assignments we still did not focus much on technical writing like practicing on each section of the report as an example. We also miss the experience of getting worksheets from you sir, which was really important in my opinion. Also, the communication problem between the students was one of the most challenging things we faced as a student. Because it was actually no one's fault as you sir can not cope up with this huge number of messages and at the same time we can not get our answers quickly. 

Despite the problems we faced, we still learned a lot of things and soon we will get the fruits of this course in our future jobs. I have only questions that came up to my mind and I would like to ask it you, sir. we are still in the process of group discussion where we are going to talk about our report topic. My question is why we do not make a meeting where we can practice our interview skills? so that we will be able to write and speak formally for our future jobs. 

I am really thankful for you sir to be able to teach us this course and try to deliver your message to us ignoring any difficulties and challenges you face in order to do that. I am really thrilled to see your reply.
