Introduction

This study aims on finding a relationship between the well-being of the patients and the environment of the hospital that surrounds them. There is some evidence shown that when hospitals provide some sort of entertaining facilities, the level of anxiety and fear in the patients decreases, also their recovery rate increase by a noticeable margin. Not only that but also, such a positive environment influences the people to visit the hospital if they face any health problems more frequently than before. Many diseases and conditions require more than medicine and medical protocols to defeat it. The willingness of the patients to overcome their sufferings have proven to be one of the most important factors. And to strengthen this potential, a supportive environment should be present not only from the family side but also from the hospital to boost the healing rate of the patient. Even though there are few studies related to this important factor and fewer people believe in any psychological effects on the human body, this study along with other researches from the US and UK will show that our perspective towards this factor should change. In this way we will be able to remove any fear from hospitals, provide not only a healthy life to the patients but also a positive impact on them that will help them in their future.(Douglas, 2004)
