Theoretical analysis

Using google form app, a survey was made that consisted of 12 questions and was posted in the batch group in Whatsapp and participants volunteered to answer. Questions 1 and 2 asked about the personal information about the participant as their age and their professionalism. The participant’s ages ranged from 14 to 40 years old. Most of them were medical students then comes the normal participants and then doctors as the least number of participants in the survey. Question 3 was do you believe in psychological effects? Questions 4 and 5 were asking about whether the participants believed that can positive environment help patients in their treatment process and remove their fear from hospitals or not. Questions 6 and 7 were about will the hospital look less professional if it introduced entertaining facilities and will it cost the hospital a lot? Question 8 and 9 were whether the participants saw any other hospitals with entertaining facilities and were the hospital successful or not. Will the patients have better relationships with the doctors if entertaining facilities are present was question 10. Question 11 was how far do you agree with the fact that providing positive environment around the patients during their treatment journey will provide a positive impact on their lives after they get cured. Lastly, question 12 was what are the most suitable entertaining facilities that can be introduced by hospitals?  The survey lasted for 5 days
