Abstract

The main aim of this study is to prove that there is a relationship between the well-being of the patient and the environment that surrounds them. Showing that the hospital should provide a patient-friendly environment by introducing entertaining facilities so that the patient feels better. The study was made on the bases of the participant’s point of view in which a survey was designed with 12 questions. All the questions were MCQs. The survey was posted for 5 days on the WhatsApp group. The professionalism of the participants were medical students, normal participants, and doctors. The highest number of participants were medical students and the least was a doctor. Their age ranged from 14 to 40 years old. All the participants volunteered in this survey for free. In the survey, the questions were asked about what people think about the patient-friendly environment, will it cost a lot, will the hospital look unprofessional if it is introduced, how it will affect the patient overall and, is there any possible suggestions for making this environment happen. All the questions were answered in favour of making a positive environment and all agreed that it will not be costly if we know what to introduces and manage according to the hospital’s budget. Thus many good ideas can be introduced to our hospital and make it a better place for us as medical staff and for our patients.
